What people like you want to know about a clinic like ours:

  • Yes. All sessions at Invisibly Brilliant are delivered via Telehealth (Zoom), so you can access care from the comfort of your home - Australia-wide.

  • Great question! You can read about our team here, but if you are still unsure, feel free to ask our helpful admin staff at admin@invisiblybrilliant.com.au.

  • After booking, you’ll receive a short intake form (we promise it’s not long!). This helps us understand your history, your current symptoms, and what you’re hoping to get out of support.
In your first session, we’ll take the time to truly listen to your story, and begin building a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you.

  • No referral is required to book with us.

If you’re planning to access Medicare rebates, you may need a GP management plan (see below).

  • There’s no set program and no fixed commitment. Some people prefer regular support for a period of time, while others book sessions as needed during flare-ups, transitions, or when they’d like extra guidance.

We’ll support you to choose a pace that feels sustainable for your body, life, and budget.

  • Private health rebates may be available depending on your individual level of cover. We recommend checking directly with your health fund.

  • Yes. We currently have capacity to support NDIS self-managed and NDIS plan-managed participants.

Plan-managed sessions will be billed in line with the most recent NDIS Price Guide.

  • We understand that health can change quickly, especially when you’re living with invisible illness.

Short-notice cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee, unless there are extenuating circumstances. We aim to approach this with fairness and care.

  • We support people living with a wide range of chronic, complex and invisible illnesses, including:

    • ME/CFS

    • Long Covid and post-viral fatigue

    • POTS / orthostatic intolerance

    • Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) / HSD

    • Fibromyalgia

    • Persistent pain and complex pain presentations

    • Chronic fatigue, brain fog, and nervous system dysregulation

Many of these conditions overlap, and you don’t need a “perfect diagnosis” to be supported here.

  • No. You are welcome here whether you have a confirmed diagnosis, are exploring possibilities, or are still in the long process of trying to understand what’s happening.

We often work with people who have been told their results are “normal”, yet they still don’t feel well - and still deserve care, support and direction.

  • Yes. We regularly support people with hypermobility, hEDS/HSD, and commonly associated symptoms such as pain, fatigue, autonomic symptoms and injury flares.

  • Yes. We support people living with POTS and orthostatic intolerance, including symptom education, pacing, daily strategies, nervous system support, and (when appropriate) carefully tailored movement guidance.

  • Yes. We support people living with ME/CFS, including guidance around pacing, energy management, post-exertional malaise (PEM), and reducing flare frequency and severity.

Our approach is gentle, flexible, and grounded in safety, in line with the 2021 NICE Guidelines.

  • If appropriate and desired, we can support you with movement in a gentle, symptom-informed way - including how to recognise early warning signs, how to build slowly, and how to adapt during flares.

For many people, the first priority is stability and symptom reduction, not exercise progression.

For those who do embark on exercise, we use Physiapp to help with technique and ongoing communication regarding their program.
