Supportive Yoga
Supportive yoga at Invisibly Brilliant is a one-to-one, chronic illness-informed service designed for people living with persistent pain, fatigue and fluctuating capacity.
Sessions are guided by what feels safe and supportive for your body on the day, with pacing and consent at the centre of care.
No more pushing through, striving and over-extending yourself to create a shape - instead, you’ll be gently guided to notice and honour the boundaries of your body.
Supportive yoga may be a good fit if you:
live with chronic pain, fatigue or invisible illness
experience flares or crashes with traditional exercise or yoga
have conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, POTS, EDS/HSD or Long COVID
need movement support that adapts to unpredictable capacity
want care that prioritises safety, regulation and understanding over performance
You do not need prior yoga experience, flexibility or fitness to attend.
Supportive yoga sessions are flexible and individualised.
Depending on your needs and energy, sessions may include:
gentle, adapted movement (always optional)
rest, positioning or support for comfort
breath or nervous-system regulation practices
creating a home yoga practice
Supportive yoga is delivered via Telehealth with physiotherapist & qualified Yoga teacher Sarah Lynch, allowing you to attend from home and reduce travel-related fatigue or symptom flares. The session cost is $165 for 45 minutes.
