What to expect
Care at Invisibly Brilliant often begins with our intake form - but don’t worry, it’s not long! It’s sent to you after you book your initial appointment, and helps us understand your history, your current symptoms, and what you’re hoping for support with.
From there, we take the time to truly listen to your story. This helps us build a timeline, notice patterns, and get a sense of the person behind the labels.
After your session, you’ll receive a detailed follow-up email including a summary of what we discussed, our clinical impression, helpful resources, and your first gentle steps forward.
At this point, it’s not uncommon for us to identify a gap in your healthcare team and offer a thoughtful recommendation for a trusted practitioner - something to consider whenever you feel ready. If you’re already well supported, we can provide a summary to your treating team (only with your consent, and only to the practitioners you nominate).
Flexible care, designed around you
We don’t believe in strict programs or one-size-fits-all protocols. Your care frequency and duration is entirely your choice.
Working together can take many shapes and forms - and that’s the beauty of Telehealth. We can talk, move, strategise, troubleshoot, reflect, and adapt session-by-session depending on what’s happening in your body and your life.
Depending on your needs, support may include:
Personalised pacing strategies
Learn pacing approaches that actually work for you - whether you want something detailed and structured, neuro-affirming and simple, or a softer and more intuitive approach.
Symptom and trigger support
Help identifying patterns and symptom triggers, managing post-exertional malaise (PEM), and navigating brain fog, pain, fatigue, and flare-ups with more clarity and confidence.
Goal setting and future planning
Set realistic, self-compassionate goals that suit your health, lifestyle, and nervous system - without the pressure to “push through”.
Advocacy and education
Support communicating your needs with family, workplaces, schools, and healthcare providers - and building language that helps you feel understood.
Movement and exercise guidance
If appropriate and desired, we can work together on safe, tailored movement strategies - including guidance on when to gently build up, and when to pull back.
A commitment to accessible, safe care
Support may include breaks during sessions, fully independent online booking, and the option for audio-only appointments. We strive to provide care that is neuro-affirming, gender-affirming, queer-friendly, culturally safe, and grounded in deep respect.
